About Dyson

Dyson is an ambient real-time strategy game with abstract visuals.

Remotely command semi-autonomous self-replicating mining machines to take over an entire asteroid belt.

The original game was made in one month for the TIGSource Procedural Generation competition. Much of the game’s content is procedurally generated.

We are entering Dyson into this year’s IGF! Wish us luck!

Dyson doesn't run!

Please ensure you've updated to the latest version of your video card drivers.
Make sure you have .NET 2.0 Framework installed. Head to the download page and follow the link to .NET 2.0 Framework.
Dyson may not run if you have no sound hardware. This is a known issue that we will fix at some point.

Dyson looks wrong!

Please ensure you've updated to the latest version of your video card drivers.
Dyson requires a video card that is capable of rendering vertex arrays in OpenGL. You can find out the capabilities of your graphics card using OpenGL Caps Viewer.
